How much is shipping?
Shipping costs $4.95-9.95 for orders under $50 and free for orders over $50!
Note: All orders are processed in USD.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by country:
- US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand: 5 - 20 business days
- Europe: 10 - 20 business days
- Latin America: 15 - 25 business days
- Other countries: 10 - 25 business days
Note: This doesn’t include our 1 - 7 business days of processing time. During holiday season please allow up to 2 weeks extra for delivery due to high demand.
What should I do if I haven't received my package?
Don't worry, your package is fully insured by us. If you haven't received your package within the specified time frame, we are happy to reship the order to you for free.
However, we will not be responsible for any replacement or refund if the address you provided is incorrect or incomplete. We encourage you to double check your address before placing your order.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 2 weeks, please contact us immediately.
